Tenille has been teaching dance for the last 26 years. At age 15 she started her own school at the primary school near her high school which quickly grew to over 300 students. In 2003 Tenille merged her school with Gail Meade performing Arts and has been a senior teacher there ever since.

Tenille has taught at international summer schools in Singapore and has enjoyed many competition accolades both regionally and nationally. Tenille is a fully qualified associate teacher with Cecchetti International Classical Ballet and has a Bachelor of Health and Education from UWA.
